Coco Girls are fun, enthusiastic, glamorous and confident! This position is a special group with the Table Games department that will participate in the Party Pit area. The duties may include Pit Parties, VIP events, photos and videos shoots, PR events, festivals and more! #COCOINDEED Job Description: Under the direction of the Vice President of Gaming Operations, the incumbent is responsible for: Proficiently deal Black Jack Able to deal and follow all policies and procedures of all available table games within 90 days of promotion Deal cards accurately and at a pace defined by the supervisor/guests at the table; take and pay bets accurately and according to standard Follow department and Company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) including those relating to Seminole Gaming's business ethics and all regulatory requirements. Deliver guest service that promotes satisfaction and results in increased time at the table and return play Maintains a work environment that is safe, professional friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity and performance, as well as morale. Support the Seminole Gaming culture and team philosophy within the department and throughout the property Amicably resolve guest concerns whenever possible and report complaints/problems that are outside your ability/authority to resolve. Ensures the protection of customer's rewards and credit lines Maintains confidentiality of all Seminole Gaming's trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's mission, "Unconquered Vision, Unparalleled Service, Unlimited Service," and values of Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh and Focused in all you do Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing the functions of a Dealer on an assigned shift. Responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures. Conducts the assigned game with respect to Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations and procedures. Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures. As called upon, explains aspects of various games to gaming patrons. Processes all cash and maintains proper handling and accounting for assigned property items. Maintains familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities for the guests, in order to provide information and correct answers to questions. Maintains an intimate and sound understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department. Service Initiative: Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment with the five F's - Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh and Focused Treat Guests with a sense of caring and individuality while effectively identifying their specific needs Inform Supervisor of Guest needs which may require special accommodations Show special recognition of frequent Guests Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for Guests at all times Consistently welcome Guests, thank them for their patronage, seek ways to make them comfortable and express the desire to have them return Present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance at all times Maintain constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and inform Guests Handle Team Member and Guest concerns/dissatisfaction and disputes timely and professionally to the Team Member/Guest satisfaction, while maintaining financial responsibility Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for all Inspect and ensure a clean, safe working environment, notify appropriate departments to handle deficient situations Maintain a professional and positive relationship with vendors, Guests and co-workers Create a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of morale, productivity and performance Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations Qualifications

Must deal two primary games (BJ, Baccarrat), plus 3 of the following carnival games: Let It Ride, Pai Gow, 3 Card Poker, Ultimate Texas, and Mississippi Stud and must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills. Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent. Must have knowledge of Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations, as well as Policies & Procedures. Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception. Work Environment: May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. Uniform Standard Ability to properly wear the alluring uniform, similar to that of a Cocktail Server, for a Coco Girl Dealer position which is available in LADIES sizes 0 to 6 Tattoos are acceptable if they are in good taste and do not violate sanitary and health policies. Facial piercings are not permitted. Language Skills Able to communicate with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities Closing: The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
