2025-09-08 to 2025-12-22 Duties And Responsibilities:
Act as back up front desk receptionist, provide assistance to office visitors including checking out keys, notifying Facilities personnel of visitors, etc. Updating Facilities website and social media portals Clerical assistance with capital and operational budgets to be completed during the summer Provide general clerical assistance as needed by the department. Other duties as assigned. Responsibility Towards Diversity:
Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College. Schedule:
Part Time Hours available from 7 AM until 4:30 PM Rate Of Pay:
$16.30 per hour Work Study Requirement:
