Regional Human Resources Business Partner

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. The position formulates partnerships within its regions to deliver value-added service to management and team members that reflects the overall business objectives. The position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. Duties and responsibilities include conducting weekly meetings with respective business units, consulting with center management, providing HR guidance when appropriate; analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies; managing and resolving complex team member relations issues; maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements; providing day-to-day performance management guidance; working closely with management and team members to improve work relationships; providing HR policy guidance; providing guidance and input on business unit restructures; identifying training needs; participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs; ensuring company-wide people initiatives are fully implemented; performing proactive compensation analysis; partnering with Senior Leadership on key people initiatives; optimizing organizational design; collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies; collaborating with leadership to support and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives; and performing other related duties as assigned. Pay range is $85,000 - $90,000 plus bonus. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred, PHR/SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SPHR/SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment; minimum of 5-7 years of experience resolving complex team member relations issues; 3-5 years of experience in a strategic HR role highly preferred; working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines; basic computer skills; basic telephone skills; working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC; proficiency in Microsoft Suite; proficiency in G Suite; ability to follow written instructions; ability to use computers and computer/software programs; ability to communicate expressively and receptively; ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data; ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies; ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Working conditions include Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM

Physical demands include bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
