Assistant Professor/Clinical (Part-Time)
The UT Health San Antonio, School of Dentistry is looking for a caring, driven, and confident dentist to join our team. Our model comprises of providing comprehensive oral health services using state-of-the-art and ergonomic equipment, to improve the oral health of the community. The interested candidates must have the following requirements and skills: DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited dental school or international equivalent. Completion of an accredited advanced training program and/or certificate (AEGD, GPR)/Geriatric Dentistry/Prosthodontics Residency training preferred but not required. Current Texas State Dental License or be eligible for one. Current CPR (BLS) certification, ACLS, (Nitrous certification preferred) Excellent communication skills. Proficient experience with Electronic Health Record systems, digital imaging, and CAD/CAM technology. Comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care, CDT coding and standard documentation guidelines.
