As the Vice President, Dx Value Partnerships, you will be responsible for: Leading the development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships between Siemens Healthineers and key diagnostic customers, including health systems and academic institutions. Driving Dx-focused Value Partnership opportunities nationally, collaborating across business areas and functional teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions that integrate Siemens Healthineers' diagnostics portfolio and services. Serving as a trusted executive advisor to key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial disciplines within partner organizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Services, Laboratory Diagnostics (LD), Point of Care (POC), Medical and Scientific Affairs, and other Siemens business areas to co-create compelling value propositions. Developing and presenting innovative partnership models that align customer needs with Siemens Healthineers' diagnostics strategy, scientific partnership, workflow transformation, and outcome-based approaches. Managing complex commercial negotiations, including P&L impact, contract structures, and governance models, in alignment with legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders. Contributing to the national Dx Value Partnerships strategy and supporting the development of scalable tools, frameworks, and best practices that accelerate partnership growth across the U.S. Providing thought leadership by representing Siemens Healthineers at key industry events, forums, and customer meetings. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with C-level healthcare executives. Strong knowledge of diagnostic workflows, digital enablement, and clinical decision-support platforms. Demonstrated leadership in driving transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 15+ years of experience in the medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare provider industry. Experience in leading enterprise-wide, strategic engagements or commercial teams in diagnostics or med-tech sectors. Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%. This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
