Data Integrity Administrator
The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by finding the correct product line, manufacturer SKU, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item that SHI needs to use for the sales order and approves new parts. The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team, and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. This position reports to the SHI Somerset, New Jersey office. Role Description Part Approval Create service parts in AX for SHI users Create Enterprise Variants For Customers' Inventory Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes Data Clean Up Provide technical support, problem diagnosis, and resolution for various systems and applications. Skill Level Requirements Competence in managing and maintaining Active Directory, AWS, VMware, and Windows Server platforms. - Basic Ability to read and understand cable matrices, structured cable routing experience, and basic understanding of IP addressing concepts for managing network and data center configurations. - Basic Other Requirements Completed Associate's Degree or relevant work experience required 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint The estimated annual pay range for this position is $31,200 - $40,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
