Administrative Assistant II
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Supervisor Group supporting various operational and clerical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job?
Prepare reports and presentations using various software packages and databases. Compile information from various sources for audits and project management. Handle small-scale projects while maintaining confidentiality. Perform general administrative responsibilities in both warehouse and office environments. Assist in audits of various types to ensure compliance and accuracy. What's Needed?
Some warehouse experience, either clerical or operational, to understand relevant terminology. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential material with discretion. Proficiency in using various software packages and databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. What's in it for me?
