Are you a skilled CNC Operator looking for a fresh opportunity with a company that values precision, teamwork, and growth? We're expanding our team and looking for multiple CNC Operators and Setup Operators to join us on 1st and 2nd shift! What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts based on blueprints and specifications. Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure top-notch quality. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For
2+ years of CNC operation experience (mills, lathes, or both). Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. A team player with solid communication skills and a strong work ethic. Bonus Points For
Experience in machining and general machine shop tools. A proven track record of reliability and good tenure in previous roles. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
