We're hiring a CNC Set Up Machine Operator II to produce precision parts and operate advanced CNC machinery in a clean, team-focused facility. What You'll Do As: CNC Set Up Machine Operator II
Set up and run CNC machines with proven/unproven programs Read and interpret customer blueprints Perform dry runs and verify parts to spec before production Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Deburr and prepare finished parts Conduct daily and preventive maintenance on machines Maintain clean and safe work areas Collaborate with engineers and quality teams Preferred candidate might: At least 2 years of CNC Machine Operator I experience & set up Proficiency in G-code/M-code and CNC operations Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Basic math skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Team player with strong communication skills Benefits
