Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This includes loaders, shears, grapples, skid steers, forklifts, and tractor/trailers. You will perform daily preventive maintenance and physical duties associated with equipment operation, maintain necessary paperwork, and ensure compliance with PPE requirements. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment. Complete necessary documentation including Bill of Ladings, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Tool Orders. Handle conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and PLCs. Conduct welding, torch cutting, grinding, and weld set-up. Set up and break down machinery. Assist operations by occasionally operating balers and heavy equipment. Make decisions, solve problems, and handle high stress situations calmly and safely. Work independently in the absence of direct supervision. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and service tasks. Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and control. Understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Work Environment
You will work in an industrial setting that is loud and dirty, primarily outdoors. Compliance with dress code and proper PPE is required at all times. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
