This role will be great for someone that has a passion for X-Ray and great customer service for our patients we serve. Radiologic Technologist Trainee Duties: Provide expert diagnostic imaging and patient care to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians and customers in and outside the Radiology Department. This diagnostic imaging must be performed under the direction of a Radiologist Technologist. Required Qualifications: Second year student in UNMC Radiology program or Clarkson College Radiology program required. Currently enrolled as a Senior student in the University or Clarkson Radiography Programs; Must possess a temporary license from the State of Nebraska Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of three months clinical rotation experience in the X-ray department at NMC preferred. Be able to manage patients in a hospital situation preferred. Ability to manage and interact with patients and families of all age groups preferred. Proficient knowledge of multi-dimensional medical imaging systems, Vacuum pumps, Oxygen bottles, Patient transportation devices, Film processors and Radiology Information System preferred.
