We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by packing them securely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential in ensuring that our products reach customers in perfect condition. Training on day shift required. Days- 6:45am to 7:00pm Nights- 6:45pm to 7:00am $14.00-$15.00 per hour with growth opportunity after 30 days! Duties: Pack plastic/vinyl components Perform quality inspections on molded products to ensure they meet specifications Handle materials and manage inventory within the warehouse setting Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Responsibilities: Accurately pack products according to company standards and specifications Inspect items for quality and completeness before packing Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products and equipment Requirements: Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Basic math skills for counting and measuring items as needed Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production needs Basic math with ability to read a tape measure
