Project Manager General Contractor
Lead and oversee large, complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to align project goals and drive successful outcomes. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, fostering strong partnerships and leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, employing effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum. Foster open communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and creativity. Mentor and lead project teams, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth. Analyze project performance metrics, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and maximize profitability.
