Having experience in food service, retail, hospitality or hotel management is an advantage. Leading a high-performance team together with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence. Offering an exceptional customer experience and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Demonstrating conflict resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Recruiting, hiring, training and managing restaurant team members and shift managers. Identifying and developing talent within your team by supporting and promoting high-performing employees for promotions, and recognizing exceptional contributions. Following operational and inventory control procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Assisting with restaurant scheduling, expense tracking, labor management and local marketing. Leading with a food safety culture that meets company standards in food quality, safety and hygiene practices. Working 45 hours per week with a variable schedule, including opening, mid-day and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays. (Current schedule expectations include 1 opening shift, 2 mid-day shifts (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), 1 closing shift and 1 additional shift as needed. These expectations may change depending on business needs.) Meeting the physical requirements of the job, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations. Obtaining and maintaining any required food safety license or certification according to local, state and federal regulations. Possessing a valid drivers license, as occasional driving may be required. Being at least 18 years old
