Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team in Huntington Beach. This is an on-site position based in Huntington Beach. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and quality of a customer or internally funded project or program. They act as the customer primary point of contact and must have excellent technical management and communication skills. This position has matrixed resources that indirectly report and have functional responsibilities that include but may not be limited to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. They will identify potential risks and implement plans with actions to ensure successful program completion. The Senior Program Manager is also responsible for profitable and timely execution of specific program(s). Summary Of Job Duties

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience: 8+ years of direct experience Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills required Excellent risk management skills required Highly proficient in MS Project Ability to successfully interface/interact with all levels of the organization, including direct communications with executive leadership Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience in Aircraft Interiors/Seating highly preferred Technical/Engineering background desired Experience with global customer and supply base desired Other
Extended or irregular hours may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
