Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our growing data science team. Reporting to the VP of Data Science, the Data Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the businessincluding executive leadership, sales, marketing, buying, ecommerce, and programming teams. This role is responsible for driving strategic and operational decision-making by identifying key questions, analyzing relevant data, and delivering clear, actionable insights. Were looking for someone with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise (SQL skills are a plus), and a passion for problem-solving. You should enjoy working with data to uncover insights that inform and guide business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Tableau Translate complex data sets into clear visualizations and business-friendly insights Provide timely, responsive support to user requests and adapt to changing priorities Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting outputs Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar roles using large data sets Strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences Highly organized with great attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries. Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
