Full Stack Java Developer

Duration: 24 Months

Interview: Telephonic followed by Video

DAY TO DAY

Collaborate within an Agile scrum team to design, develop, test, and support full-stack features using Java, MongoDB, React, and Kafka. Lead and contribute to moderately complex technical initiatives, including architecture discussions, design reviews, and code delivery. Build and maintain automated test coverage (unit, integration, E2E) using tools like JUnit, Selenium, and Playwright. Support advisory account operations by automating high-risk or high-value business processes. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with analysts and engineers to bridge gaps in senior technical leadership.

MUST HAVES

Experience with full-stack development in Java and willingness to work across MongoDB, Kafka, and React-based micro frontends. A strong interest in automated testing practices with familiarity in JUnit and E2E tools like Selenium or Playwright. Growth mindset openness to learning new tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development) and expanding into unfamiliar areas. Excellent attitude and team-first mindset thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving real business problems.
