Lending provides competitive borrowing solutions that are strategically integrated into our client's broader Wealth Management goals. Our team provides lending solutions across all three client segments including Citi Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citi Private Client and Citigold as part of their wider Citi relationship. This role reports into a newly created role the Global Head of Business Strategy and Governance, which is a member of the Citi Wealth Lending Leadership team. Responsibilities: Support Global Head of Business Strategy and Governance translate business plans into regional action plans (via Sprint format) with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress. Support the execution of strategic projects, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Partner with regional lending leadership team to conduct research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior. Preparation of presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Lead the product lifecycle mapping across all products to help identify areas for review and efficiency uplift. Support Wealth Lending Head with ad-hoc requests. Key Skills / Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services
ideally with Lending experience in a High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth organization. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights. Ability to identify problems, analyze their root causes, and develop effective solutions. Strategic thinker - Understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders. Proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially other data analysis software. Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team. Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree Master's degree preferred
