Payroll and Provider Compensation Administrator SUPERVISOR:

Accounting The following information is designed to outline the essential functions and position requirements of this job.It does not identify all tasks that may be expected, nor address the performance standards that must be maintained. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To process payroll for the clinic employees and providers and assure accurate reporting.To handle all other job functions in a timely manner as specified in the description and help maintain internal controls. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
TPC123 Payroll: 1.Prepare and process bi-weekly employee pay* 2.Calculate and process monthly partner distributions and retired partner distributions* 3.Handle employee questions on paychecks and resolve timely* 4.Update 401k contribution changes and remit contributions* 5.Remit HSA contributions* 6.Reconcile payroll withholdings for voluntary deductions 7.Prepare/Distribute final checks and pay corrections as necessary* 8.Distribute sign on bonus, on call payments, surgery stipends as outlined in program rules* 9.Outreach to new hires for direct deposit setup 11.Prepare quarterly associate and partner physician compensation calculations* 12.Administration of provider compensation dashboard* 13.Process employment verifications and garnishments according to law* 14.Assist with annual 401k audit. 15.Track and pay FMLA employees appropriate benefits 16.Administer reimbursement platforms for mileage, CME, and general reimbursements 17.Maintain PTO, sick and other leave balances as defined in plan rules 18.Prepare MGMA and AMGA provider productivity survey submissions General Duties: 1.Assist the CFO and/or Controller with special projects 2.Assist the other team members with vacation backup on some duties 3.Abide by company policies* 4.Work in a cooperative manner with management/supervision, coworkers, customers and vendors 5.Participate as an active member of a patient-centered medical home 6.Maintain regular, in person, work attendance and punctuality, as scheduled.* EQUIPMENT USED: ?Office equipment such as 10-key computer, copier, scanner, etc. EDUCATION/LICENSES REQUIRED: ?High School diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ?Five or more years of payroll experience ?Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel ?High attention to detail COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (Benefits eligibility begins at 20hrs/wk): ?401k plan with Employer Matching up to 4.5% annually ?Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision insurance ?Company provided $10K Group Life/AD&D insurance ?Voluntary benefits: Life/AD&D, Dependent Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity ?Norton Identity Theft Protection (optional) ?4.92 hours of PTO accrual per pay period (PTO accrual is prorated based upon FTE) ?One paid Wellness day per year ?Seven paid holidays, and 1 partially paid holiday (mid-day closure) ?Employee Assistant Program Seniority level
