This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact with potential clients, playing a key part in driving business growth. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will identify, qualify, and engage new prospects while collaborating closely with the Sales team to generate a robust pipeline. You will research target accounts, craft compelling outreach across multiple channels, and schedule meetings that help advance strategic sales initiatives. This position is ideal for someone motivated, organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative, and learning-focused environment. Accountabilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, social media, calling, and texting to generate leads. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Sales team. Collaborate with Sales Directors to align outbound strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Research potential accounts, understand the industry landscape, and track market trends. Maintain detailed records of outreach and prospect activity using CRM and other sales tools. Continuously learn and improve outreach tactics based on successes and feedback.
