Essential Responsibilities: Ability to meet NADCAP certification as required Ability to follow written work instructions, processes and procedures Automated machine welding and Induction fusing Ability to use gages to perform visual and basic mechanical inspection of parts subsequent to assembly steps Prepare and assemble parts to meet quality standards as required Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required Ability to obtain all required certifications of department Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools Ability to perform repetitive tasks as applicable Set up and operate a variety of machines as required Pass annual eye exam specific to job title Cross train within department Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed Train less experienced team members Perform other duties as assigned Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Qualifications: Actively participate in a team environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes High School diploma or GED Desired Qualifications: Prior lean manufacturing knowledge Prior ERP system knowledge Assembly experience Previous set up, tear down and troubleshooting in machining/manufacturing environment Skill Level: Basic computer skills Basic written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills Basic mechanical skills This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
