HR Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our New York team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries in our NY office, supporting day-to-day operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with our California based Human Resources team to ensure employees have a positive and seamless experience from their first day forward. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the onsite HR representative for the New York and Florida teams, providing support and guidance to employees and managers Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and internal discussions Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and assist in the recruitment process Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws Support benefits administration, time-off tracking, and payroll-related updates Assist with planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs Act as a resource for policy interpretation and HR processes, escalating complex issues as needed Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
