Client Service Associate
A boutique, San Francisco-based wealth advisory firm is seeking a highly capable Client Service Associate to join its growing team. This firm specializes in building and managing bespoke single-family office platforms for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including founders, elite investors, and multi-generational families. The firm integrates wealth strategy, investment management, financial operations, and family office services into a cohesive and customized offering. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team in delivering a best-in-class service model to an exclusive client base. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, growth-minded, experienced, curious, and team-oriented-traits that cannot be taught but are essential for success in this environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end client experience across onboarding, investment subscriptions/redemptions, money movements, and reporting. Coordinate operational workflows including wires, funding requests, and tax-related documentation. Liaise with external service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Support philanthropic operations for client-run foundations. Review and approve investment performance reports. Maintain CRM systems and organize client documentation for intuitive team access. Partner with senior client service leaders to drive strategic initiatives and client engagement. Work Environment & Benefits: Flexible work model: remote, hybrid, or in-office (San Francisco). Collaborative, low-ego culture focused on depth of relationship over volume of clients. Quarterly offsites blending strategic planning with team-building. Health, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer-paid for employees). Paid parental leave and 401(k) with employer match. Requirements: Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in client service within a family office, RIA, or UHNW environment. Strong communication skills with high-net-worth individuals and their professional networks. Familiarity with tools such as Addepar (preferred), Salesforce, and Asana. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ideal Candidate Traits: Operationally sharp and people-savvy enough to work with billionaire clients. Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency. Comfortable navigating complex wealth structures and investment strategies. Excited about this role? We'd love to hear from you!
