Quality Patient Safety Program Manager Licensed

Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a passionate Patient Safety Program Manager. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Patient Safety Program Manager will work collaboratively with all departments and levels of staff to improve patient outcomes and prevent harm. Responsibilities include: developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive patient safety program aligned with national standards and best practices; leading and facilitating the Patient Safety Committee; monitoring and analyzing patient safety data; overseeing the organization's incident reporting system; conducting thorough investigations of serious safety events; collaborating with the Risk Management department; ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements; developing and delivering patient safety education and training programs for all staff; and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree, minimum of five years of risk management, patient safety, quality, compliance, and/or other related professional experience; minimum of five years of experience managing/supervising employees and/or vendors; CA RN License required; Med Surge Acute Care Experience; and Fire Safety required (must obtain within 90 days from start date).
