This Financial Analyst position involves conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting for a large real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for budget planning, forecast analysis, and regular reporting activities while supporting the team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies. The role requires maintaining knowledge of the Master Services Agreement, tracking client billing activities, and handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. You'll work collaboratively with team members and clients to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Conducting detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual and Forecast versus Actual spending Preparing and developing annual budgets and managing daily reporting activities for assigned portfolio Creating monthly and quarterly report analyses for internal and external stakeholders Researching budget corrections and implementing changes in collaboration with leadership Producing regular and ad-hoc reports, including formal documents, graphs, charts, and presentations Supporting automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity Tracking client billing activities and assisting with fee calculations (Management and Incentive) Analyzing performance data to identify forecasts and trends for strategic decision-making Desired experience and technical skills: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Strong accounting skills and analytical abilities Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of and commitment to client service Preferred: Experience with JD Edwards platforms Background in real estate financial analysis or property management Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences Experience developing best practices and process documentation History of supporting cost-saving and process improvement initiatives Experience handling confidential financial information Knowledge of Master Service Agreements and contract compliance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative team environment At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way
