Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel, process guest requests for wake up calls, provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries, receives and distributes messages for hotel guests and personnel, prep guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail. Coordinates all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email. Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be available to work various shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
