Lead AI Platform Engineer

About the Role: Development: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers in developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and pro-code platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Azure, etc.)

Integration: Architect and enable AI solutions and data pipelines that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance

Design: Drive technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Deployment: Enable and lead deployments of prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-grade AI models and applications

Optimization: Enhance the scalability and modularization of platform components to facilitate easy integration of new domains and models

Cloud Management: Manage cloud-based AI services and containerized environments, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of AI infrastructure

Collaboration: Work closely with AI Deployment and AI/ML Feature Engineers to ensure cohesive platform development

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
