Part-time Logistics Specialist II
Are you looking for an opportunity to use your inventory and supply chain skills in a variety of specialty areas? Come join us! As a Part-time Logistics Specialist II, you prepare our logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. You'll be responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, maintaining our records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of our storage facilities. You'll coordinate shipping activities which adhere to state, federal, and global regulations and import/export requirements. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (20 hours). This position may travel OCONUS to assist overseas operations. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience A higher level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills Basic understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques Experience with inventory databases Current/valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally Ability to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS operating locations An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer:
