Supply Chain Finance Manager
Lead the financial strategy for our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Basic American Foods is seeking an experienced manufacturing finance leader to partner with our Idaho and Washington operations, driving cost efficiency, operational performance, and strategic investment decisions. This role is the senior finance business partner for manufacturing and procurement leadership, responsible for shaping the financial future of our supply chain. What You'll Do Perform and lead the technical accounting for supply chain & manufacturing:
Partner with plant managers, procurement leaders, and senior executives to align operational performance with strategic business goals. Drive cost improvement:
Identify, analyze, and deliver measurable savings through manufacturing variance analysis, cost accounting insights, and process optimization. Manage & develop the finance team:
Supporting Idaho and Washington scale operations. Evaluate major capital projects:
Provide financial modeling, ROI analysis, and recommendations for plant expansion, automation, and strategic investments. Champion continuous improvement:
Work with Lean/CI teams to implement KPIs, tools, and controls that enhance operational and financial performance. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred). 10+ years progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or supply chain finance leadership role. Proven experience partnering with plant operations, supply chain, and senior management in a multi-site environment. Expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and capital project evaluation. Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
