Senior Finance Manager

The Carrier finance department has an opening for a Senior Finance Manager within the Supply Chain Finance group. This position will interact with finance colleagues in all Carrier segment and business units, World Headquarters FP&A teams, Carrier global operations team and the digital technology team. Key Responsibilities: Drive productivity in a $9 billion global spend across direct material Partner with global supply chain category leaders to review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify financial implications and risks Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to direct material procurement, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory management Assist in contract negotiations by providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes Support the Senior Director Supply Chain Finance leader, with ad hoc analytics and requests Supporting Tier 1 commodity blocking and quarterly investor relations update Direct Material productivity projects review and approval to move from WAVE to PSR Weekly Power BI productivity dashboard by taking WAVE and PSR source data including intercompany elimination update. Prepare and present material productivity update to Operations Leadership Team Drive standardization and process improvement across all aspects of planning and reporting, including sharing best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance and/or FP&A Preferred Qualifications: Experience in setting up finance process in a dynamic environment Experience in global supply chain and global process simplification and automation Proven execution of large scale and complex global robotic process automation (RPA) Financial Management system experience (HFM) Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated strong analytical, process mindset, problem solving, and data acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, function, segments and business units. Attention to accuracy and execution is a must Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Excellent time management and project management skills
