Credit Fraud Representative
Copay is currently looking to hire a Credit Fraud Representative within our Comdata division. This position falls under our Copay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts and approving add-on products and services for existing accounts. You will also resolve credit issues and problems associated with implementing new accounts. You will report directly to Director of Portfolio Risk and regularly collaborate with Sales and Customer Relations. As a Credit Fraud Representative, Copay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Brentwood office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training The responsibilities of the role will include: Assisting Sales and Customer Relations group with questions regarding credit approval and documentation Reviewing, validating completeness, and approving contracts, credit applications, and other required documents Verifying bank information for Comdata Initiated ACH accounts Performing setup of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts in various Comdata systems Approving add-on products and maintenance services for existing accounts in accordance with Comdata credit policies Completing all know-your-customer verification checks in accordance with Comdata's stated credit and AML policies Managing multiple assignments promptly and effectively with attention to detail Qualifications & Skills: 13 years of college and/or equivalent work experience required Prior credit and/or Comdata experience preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared and individual objectives Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer: Copay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
