VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Financial Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer located in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting on-site at the WNY 3-4 days/week. Responsibilities: Provides direct support to the Business and Finance Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) Responsible for tracking and documenting financial planning and execution across program task areas Updates and monitors spend plans and budgets with multiple types of appropriations Reviews financial data and documentation for compliance with government requirements Manages multiple tasks and completes within the time frame specified by the program manager, prepares briefs, status reports and presentations Works independently and with cross functional teams Communicates with internal and external teams Supports a variety of financial tasking, special projects, data calls and updating congressional briefs Basic Qualifications: Active DoD Secret clearance required Bachelor's degree, Finance and Accounting preferred Minimum 4 years of relevant DoD/NAVSEA financial/budget experience and understanding of Navy and DoD financial processes Experience using the following Navy financial systems/ databases: NAVSEA Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), NAVSEA Enterprise Digital Capabilities (EDC), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), NAVSEA Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA), ADVANA Experience providing client-facing support to Navy / NAVSEA programs Familiarity with appropriation funding obligations, expenditures, and benchmarks Understanding of DoD/DoN procedures and policies (DoD 5000 process) Effective writing and communication skills Prior experience working in a fast-paced work environment Proficiency with MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Salary: The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $125,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees. Location: Washington, DC
