Team/Role Overview

The Markets Transformation team is currently recruiting for a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager at VP level to support a Global Reconciliation Transformation Program. The role will work in partnership with operations teams and technology partners across APAC, EMEA and North and South America. The role requires a good understanding of basic Finance and Accounting principles including, but not limited to reconciliations, journal entry preparation, month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, Markets products and operational processing as well as project management practices and discipline. What You'll Do

Manages a set of assigned projects, development of plans, tracking progress of deliverables, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place. Partner with Line Operations teams to ensure all the correct metrics and controls are in place to ensure monitoring remains relevant and effective. Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders and/or other team members and engaged in working groups, steercos, and workshops where required. Proactively manage the communication of status, issue, and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy and can operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Qualifications

6-10 years relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager capacity Significant Finance and/or accounting experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager Effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders to include senior management Ability to make sound judgment calls on issues that can be both quantitative and qualitative in nature Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Prior banking industry experience is preferable Education

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
