a significant impact on our global operations. Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Web Technologies

will lead

the strategy, planning, and delivery of Altera's web and digital experience ecosystem, including Altera.com, CMS, documentation portal, community platform, training portal, and partner portal. This role is accountable for the roadmap, team management, vendor relationships, and ensuring that all platforms deliver maximum business value.

of leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive web technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and

objectives

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse and global IT team, including developers, designers, and

architects

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our web platforms

remain

cutting-edge

.

Project Management: Oversee the full implementation of corporate web pages and portals, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs.

Create and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports.

Ensure transparent communication of project progress and issues to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with business and design agency teams to ensure integration with backend systems and content management platforms.

Monitor KPIs for platform performance, engagement, and ROI.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and

expertise

in web technologies, including front-end and back-end development, web architecture, and cloud services.

Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of web applications.

Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and deployment practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, front-end developers, back-end developers,

Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of web initiatives.

Security & Performance: Work with IT/SI to deliver on key areas such as security, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and system integrations.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management practices.

Salary Range The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $178.9k - $259.0k USD #LI-CG1 Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

, Information Technology, or a related field;

Master's

degree preferred.

8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base, and Experience Cloud.

Experience with platform configuration including profiles, roles, sharing rules, custom objects, flows, validations, Lightning components, and managed packages.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant) are

highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce projects using Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillscapable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven

track record

of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.

M&A or post-merger system integration experience is a plus.
