Now, theyre looking for a talented Five9 DevOps Engineer to take centre stage in designing, implementing, and optimising advanced telephony environments. What youll be doing Design & Implementation Collaborating with clients to capture requirements and design world-class Five9 solutions. Leading implementations with a focus on automation, integration, and DevOps best practices. Supporting system and user acceptance testing to ensure flawless delivery. Support & Maintenance Providing ongoing technical expertise for Five9 telephony systems. Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively. Applying automation and CI/CD practices for smooth, efficient operations. Embedding best-practice DevOps principles into everything you do. Strengthening security measures to protect against breaches and ensure compliance. Recommending new technologies and enhancements to boost performance and reliability. Driving process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. What were looking for Proven experience as a Five9 Implementation Engineer. Strong background in Agile/Scrum software development life cycle. Exposure to SIP telephony apps (Freeswitch, Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC) a plus. CI/CD automation and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of contact centre technologies and ITIL frameworks. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Education & Certifications Bachelors degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field. Five9 certifications (Implementation Engineer Bootcamp Parts 1 & 2, IVA Studio) highly desirable. Why youll love it Fully remote role anywhere in the USA.
