One-Star Michelin Albiis is seeking PM Line Cooks who are highly motivated and passionate about cooking. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of kitchen management, including supervising the prep team, budgeting, ordering, receiving, recipe building, and costing.

Albi is the debut restaurant from chef/owner Michael Rafidi, who draws inspiration from his Palestinian roots. The restaurant offers an experience that combines traditional coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal Mid-Atlantic ingredients and refined culinary techniques.
In its first year, Albi has garnered significant critical acclaim, earning mentions in Eater National, Robb Report, Esquire, and being named Eater DC's Restaurant of the Year, with a 1 Michelin Star.
Education and Experience Requirements
Previous experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant
Two or more years of experience as a line cook
Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
Familiarity with industry best practices
