One-Star Michelin Albiis is seeking PM Line Cooks who are highly motivated and passionate about cooking. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of kitchen management, including supervising the prep team, budgeting, ordering, receiving, recipe building, and costing. About us : Albi is the debut restaurant from chef/owner Michael Rafidi, who draws inspiration from his Palestinian roots. The restaurant offers an experience that combines traditional coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal Mid-Atlantic ingredients and refined culinary techniques. Education and Experience Requirements Previous experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant Two or more years of experience as a line cook Experience with various cooking methods and procedures Familiarity with industry best practices
