Full-Time Salary Range: $110k - $115K Position Summary: A law firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to assist with case management, discovery, deposition preparation, and expert coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation processes and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Case Administration Organize and manage case files and litigation databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support litigation workflow. Document Production Draft and respond to discovery requests, including Requests for Production and Subpoenas. Review and prepare documents for production and privilege analysis. Coordinate with third parties to obtain relevant records (e.g., court files, employment records, tax returns). Prepare and issue notices of nonparty production (NNPs), subpoenas, and authorizations. Depositions Draft deposition notices and related documentation. Coordinate scheduling and logistics with opposing counsel and other parties. Assist in deposition preparation, including document organization and witness materials. Expert Discovery Prepare and manage expert witness discovery notices. Coordinate communications and scheduling with expert witnesses. Assist with expert discovery documentation and compliance. Qualifications: Litigation experience in a paralegal role. Knowledge of California civil litigation procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency with litigation support software and document management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Experience with both plaintiff and defense-side litigation is a plus. Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
