MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities within the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Under the supervision of the Finance Lead, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field staff and providing assistance to the internal clinical staff. Reviews all emails from out of office hours. Recap emails that were emailed in. Compares all emailed schedules to Kantime Verifies all staffing of all admits/visits/resumptions etc. Builds and maintains relationships with existing and prospective field staff. Handles all scheduling communication to field staff and keeps the internal team notified of progress. Runs report for upcoming schedules needing to be entered. Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively. Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community. Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance. Reports on time and as scheduled in order to complete work within the designated time. Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from the executive team. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 + year experience in a clinical environment preferred Strong attention to detail and goal oriented Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Requires skills and abilities related to working in a fast pace and dynamic work environment Additional Information
