This position provides administrative support to the branch manager and sales associates, oversees office operations, enforces company policies, and offers customer service. Job Duties And Responsibilities
Perform daily office operations including maintaining appearance, mail processing, supplies management, greeting visitors, scheduling, and client communication. Manage office supplies and assist with agent billing. Serve as liaison between sales associates and management; support the branch manager and clerical staff. Coordinate office events and meetings, including setup and breakdown. Oversee processing of listings and sales, ensure accuracy of agreements, maintain records, and prepare reports. Create marketing materials and manage client databases. Assist with technology setup, troubleshooting, and training for agents. Support marketing efforts, including social media management and recruiting ads. Conduct onboarding for new sales associates, process licensing paperwork. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred. Minimum three years of clerical or administrative experience. Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge of real estate, title, or mortgage business preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of social media platforms. Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 hourly, based on experience.
