Position: Full-Time Team Lead, EVS (Housekeeping) Department: Environmental Services Location: UPMC Passavant (McCandless) Shifts: 10:00 pm
6:30am; every other weekend/holiday. Responsibilities: Temporarily assume the shift supervisor's responsibilities in their absence. Report issues and provide suggestions for improvements to the shift supervisor. Coordinate with unit personnel and other departments to address specific cleaning needs. Assign daily tasks to Environmental Services Aides and ensure efficiency in designated areas. Maintain adequate supplies and equipment, reporting shortages to the shift supervisor. Inspect assigned areas to guarantee cleanliness and proper maintenance. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations, reporting concerns as needed. Adhere to hospital and department policies and procedures. *Performs other duties as assigned HS Diploma/GED preferred 2 years relevant experience required Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 34 UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
