Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will oversee the operations for all existing provider quality incentive programs supported by Healthfirst and develop the strategy for engaging the delivery system to ensure we deliver top quality care to our members. Reporting to the Director, Population Health Strategy, the Manager will work closely with Healthfirst's Clinical Quality, Delivery System Engagement, Clinical Informatics and Analysis and Information Systems teams to ensure all quality incentive program related deliverables are executed on time and accurately. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strategy by conducting market research and reviewing industry wide changes for engaging provider populations with quality programs while ensuring existing provider engagement programs are aligned with CMS Medicare Stars, the NYS Medicaid Incentive, the NYS MLTC Incentive, other regional health plans using a data driven approach Oversee the day-to-day operations needed to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of HQIP to internal staff and external Healthfirst providers. Develop and deliver presentations for varying levels of staff up to and including C-suite executives with the end goal of securing buy-in on strategy or operational decisions Design and execute the Healthfirst Quality Incentive Program (HQIP) and other quality incentive programs: Summarize analytical findings and trends with recommendations for business decisions. Inform the development of all quality incentive program parameters, including what outcomes providers need to meet or exceed for quality bonuses and how much providers will earn through quality bonuses. Contribute to budgeting process and maintain relationship with vendors. Oversee the development and improvement of reporting tools that make accurate, time-sensitive data available to staff and Healthfirst providers: Collaborate with the team to address/fix short-term data validation issues that impede on-time, accurate reporting, ensure Clinical Informatics and Analysis and Information Systems team members can adjust and update their analyses or reporting, as needed. Delegate and manage the work of direct/indirect teammates. Oversee the production of standard reports and ad-hoc requests related to HQIP quality data and performance (e.g. Network percentiles, top and bottom performer lists, etc). Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications to develop materials that support quality incentive programming. Write communications (e.g. emails, memos, brochures, FAQs) targeting providers, senior level hospital administrators and Healthfirst staff. Help ensure HQIP and other quality incentive program participants are paid accurately and on-time at the end of each program period. Develop and facilitate trainings that support the roll-out of quality incentive programming to Healthfirst staff and external Providers Other duties as assigned WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
