We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our Lakewood Fairfield Inn & Suites. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the property's sales performance, building strong client relationships, leading a small on-site sales team, and partnering with Marriott's national sales channels to grow revenue and market share. What You'll Do
Lead and inspire the on-property Sales team to achieve booking and revenue goals. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business across group, corporate, and leisure segments. Serve as the primary Sales contact for clients, Marriott national accounts, and internal hotel leadership. Identify market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend actions to strengthen our market position. Actively conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and represent the property at tradeshows. Ensure seamless handoff from Sales to Operations for an exceptional guest experience. Build strong community and industry relationships to enhance brand visibility. What We're Looking For
4+ years of hotel sales & marketing experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role. Proven success in driving revenue and growing market share. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
