Project Operations Specialist
SHI has an exciting opportunity available in our Managed Workplace Services (MWS) organization as a Project Operations Specialist. The Project Operations Specialist will manage the process between our vendors and customers for MWS service offerings. The Project Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring all transactions for our service program and ensuring all expectations are met and completed accurately. Prepare invoices and buyback credit orders for MWS solutions (asset recovery, warranty, activation services) Review reports from partners and reach back to the Portfolio team/Partners for reconciliation Convert reports into customer-facing docs Managing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external support (Partners, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.) Reporting on status throughout the lifecycle of the project to multiple internal and external contacts Tracking deliverables of the project Assist with daily financial operations, including tracking and responding to operational capacity, workflows, work volume, and project tracking
assist with escalations Audit payment and invoice accuracy, and ensure all payments are made to vendors/partners in a timely manner Answer MWS billing inquiries from sales teams and customers Organization: Can maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow simple organizational systems when assigned. Time Management: Can understand the importance of time management and strives to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Communication: Can communicate simple ideas and information clearly. Collaboration: Can demonstrate a willingness to contribute to team tasks and responsibilities when assigned. Documentation: Can follow established templates and guidelines to produce clear and accurate documentation when assigned. Strong interpersonal skills - Basic Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment - Basic Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks - Basic Ability to manage shifting demands and timelines by utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills - Basic Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Basic Project management experience - Basic PMP or other relevant project management certifications - Basic Experience dispatching and managing onsite resources - Basic Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer support, or similar role preferred Familiarity with project management concepts Travel may be expected up to 30% based on business needs The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
