Assistant Regional Manager

Are you a seasoned property management leader with a passion for developing people, improving processes, and launching communities into long-term success? Birgo is looking for an Assistant Regional Manager to join our growing team and help us improve lives through real estate. As our Assistant Regional Manager, you'll be the launch specialist for newly acquired propertiesmaking sure every detail is handled and every team member is supported. You'll work hands-on to implement our business plans, ensure strong operations, and coach onsite teams. From onboarding to turning around underperforming properties, you'll bring leadership, structure, and executional excellence where it's needed most. This role requires a high degree of travelup to 50%and a mindset focused on problem-solving, coaching, and results. Birgo's Values

Property Onboarding

Ensure newly acquired properties are set up for success Translate the business plan into actionable steps for onsite teams Execute key onboarding tasks: signage, tenant welcome process, safety inspections, data integrity, and more Provide on-site support during the critical first 90 days

Focus Property Support

Partner with Regional Managers to analyze underperforming "focus" properties Diagnose and address root causes, implementing operational improvements

Floating Coverage

Fill in where neededstepping into the PM role at properties with staff gaps or high priority needs Assist during emergencies and ensure continuity of service

Experience 2+ years in a regional/portfolio-level leadership role 7+ years in property management positions with escalating/increasing leadership and responsibilities Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate complex projects Exceptional communication and coaching skills Tech savvy (experience with property management systems required) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (multi-state) Skills Technology savvy Excellent interpersonal skills Strong skills in written, verbal, and persuasive communication Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Work Style Excited to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously Careful with rules and comfortable working within established processes Strong commitment to timely and precise work Other Requirements Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license for property visits during business hours and as needed after-hours Able to ascend/descend stairs and traverse uneven terrain Able to transport up to 25 lbs Able to use a computer for a full workday Benefits
