HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily work activities, ensuring effective organization of training programs, and maintaining compliance with all training and recordkeeping requirements. Ensures compliance with the Company training policies:
Ensures adherence to training policies, procedures, programs and schedules based on identified training needs.
Proposes changes to training policy in line with the Company strategy, if required.
Gathers individual and collective training requirements in line with the Company objectives.
Coordinates training for U.S. based facilities (NJ and MS), works in collaboration with coordinator(s) in MX facility.
Works with key Company stakeholders to identify development needs and propose solutions that incorporate appropriate level of formal and informal learning.
Prepares inputs, and participates in Executive Training Steering Committee, with the purpose to identify and address knowledge gaps, specific performance/team development issues and ensure alignment of training programs with Company's strategic goals.
Manages, updates, promotes Company learning platforms.
Manages, updates and forecasts the training budget. Ensures adherence to training budget.
Secures and manages training grants through collaboration with state authorities.
Manages and establishes vendor relations for outsourced programs.
Maintains training records to comply with Company Quality System.
Manages and updated skills matrices; proposes improvements to existing solutions.
Collects evaluation data to assess effectiveness of all categories and types of training.
Manages processes related to internal trainers
Administers and promotes the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Travels to all locations, vendors and training sessions when required.
Assists the HR team with scheduling, coordinating other HR activities, including tasks related to recruitment of talent.
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree from a two-year college or university applicable to position. 2+ years of relevant experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge/Skills:
