Strategy Planning Position

Job responsibilities include analyzing status of materials by collecting, monitoring, and studying data. Includes recommending actions for continuous improvements. Responsibilities include inventory control aspects and billing cycles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution Prevention % of Job 90% Implement aftermarket plan for end unit and spares sales. Assist in Production Returns and Quality Issues. Handle demand while driving supply plan and the implementing shipment releases for aftermarket demand. Coordinate with sourcing organization to ensure strategy plan support. Determine shortfalls and strategize to overcome them. Implement transition programs into planning system with engineering organization. Allocate materials per business needs with repair, overhaul, and aftermarket organizations. Report and present to senior management and stakeholders trends and actionable decisions. Develop experiments to analyze and interpret data to solve customer problems. Maintain equipment and interact with vendor service and application support. Interface with customers to understand needs and plan workflow. Summarize analytical data and generate reports. Process DJI shipment receiving, update shipment status, inventory control and replenishment. Coordinate case status, TAT and part issue with customers. Audit daily received bad parts and leftover good parts on production line Scan bad parts and pack for DJI RTV shipment; operate "VMS" on my Service to stock out bad parts from completed RTV shipments. Prepare revenue accrual, issue billing report to DHI HQ for review and send out invoices if not disputed. Complete other duties as assigned. Warehouse Efficiencies Cost Reduction % of Job 5% Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which cause product or delivery issues. Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels. Team Leadership % of Job 5% Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer and supplier relationships. Communicates and works with all business partners. Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flows product through the warehouse in the most cost efficient and productive manner. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management Minimum 3 years of related experience in manufacturing operations Essential Skills: Needs ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data. Needs ability to establish positive working relationships with internal customers. Willing to take direction and work independently. Must have clear success in the delivery, supply, and materials management solutions with demonstrated results. Requires end-to-end supply chain knowledge. Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, team oriented environment demonstrated use of ERP and forecasting systems. Demonstrated self-motivational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Needs ability to interpret data to create information; can apply knowledge of inventory models. Requires superior oral, presentational, and written communication skills in a multi-cultural environment. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Job requires the ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete work. Critical analysis and complex problem solving skills are needed Requires demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas. Job requires the repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
