Product Owner
to support the migration from legacy systems to a new Clean Energy 2.0 platform. Youll work closely with Agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure delivery of high-impact, reliable, and scalable energy efficiency and electric vehicle solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as Product Owner for up to two Scrum teams supporting Business-as-Usual (BAU) initiatives in Clean Energy. Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and backlog items. Guide development teams through scope, design, testing, and delivery phases. Ensure system functionality aligns with program goals and business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; contribute to system stability and performance. Help create test plans and validate functionality before release. Serve as the main point of contact for business users on platform usage and enhancements. Qualifications: 25 years
of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce , especially
Energy & Utilities Cloud . Working knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, and fulfillment workflows in Salesforce. Comfortable working in
Agile/Scrum
and
Scaled Agile (SAFe)
environments. Experience using
JIRA / JIRA Align
is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and solve problems effectively. Knowledge of clean energy or energy efficiency programs is a bonus. Bachelors degree in a technical or analytical field (or equivalent experience). Seniority level
