LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Sr. Logistics Coordinator

Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR's LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations. Job Summary

Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. Recommends and coordinates the interface between logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer. Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management. Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance. Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract. Roles and Responsibilities

Reviews and analyzes support operations to identify trends and keeps Supply, Maintenance and Support Operations Divisions aligned. Analyzes and evaluates man hour utilization at the project level to identify opportunities for improvement. Manages sensitive information reporting for Incident Reporting. Required to produce professional internal and external communiques. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients and fellow employees. Requires above average knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Must possess a general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Technical Data Package (TDP). Must be able to make decisions requiring the requirements of the TDP. Must possess basic knowledge of the Transportation Movement Request (TMR) process. Level 6 RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Tag). Must possess a valid State Real ID. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Must have a valid State Driver's License. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must have experience with GCSS-Army. Ability to maintain confidential information. Work under stressful circumstances and meets short suspense dates. Individual must be able to perform required duties. Individual may be required to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

2 years prior Operations experience preferred. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Basic Compensation: $69,534.40 - $104,312.00 The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
