Summary/Objective: This position is expected to assist in managing service requests from tenants, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and acting as the liaison between property owners
,
vendors, and tenants to ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and effectively. The individual in this role is expected to have exceptional multitasking abilities, clear communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to adapt and learn new tasks in a reasonable time frame.
Essential Functions: Reasonable

Act as a point of contact for tenants submitting maintenance requests or reporting service issues and accurately document, prioritize and track all service requests through to resolution with direction from the Office Manager. Schedule and coordinate work orders with trusted vendors and contractors. Communicate clearly with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality completion of repairs and services. Maintain clear, consistent and professional communication with tenants regarding the status of their service requests
,
estimated timelines, and resolution outcomes. Manage multiple service requests simultaneously, balancing urgent and routine maintenance requests, while ensuring all parties and kept informed and satisfied. Maintain accurate records of all service requests, work completed, owner approvals, and receipt of quotes/invoices. Assist with general office duties including but not limited to filing, scheduling, answering telephones and assisting walk in clientele. Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities Must maintain strong time management skills. Must maintain strong customer service skills and work with owners, vendors and tenants, ensuring communication is professional and tactful, escalating to management when necessary.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to communicate effectively. Additional
Requirements
Education High school diploma or GED required
Experience: Two years' experience in a professional office environment preferred Two years
