The Aftercare Coordinator is responsible for assisting with multiple clerical functions within the Clinical Services Department. The Aftercare Coordinator will assist with discharge planning by helping social workers make collateral contacts and arrange discharge plans/linkage for patients with aftercare services. The Aftercare Coordinator assists the social workers with coordinating court hearings for patients, acts as a liaison for website access to outside agencies, and assists with staffing the social services department. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree Required. Experience: 1 - 3 years clinical experience in psychiatric setting preferred.
